Philosophy: By using non-policy driven design and formalized software development procedures we are creating robust modularly designed software for the Open Source Community. We are reinforcing our software development practices using stringent release and testing procedures. Support: For common implementors we offer strong communication regarding project status, release process and design direction which can be found in the project pages. We offer an elevated level of service to Rutgers implementers of our software. This encompasses installation, configuration, troubleshooting and training if requested. Let us know your needs by visiting the project page of the software project in question and submit a request. Communication: While we cannot extend this full level of support to everyone in the Open Source community we can offer robust communication regarding the development status of our projects.
