This section is used for chronological subject terms or temporal coverage. May be expressed as a controlled subject term or as a structured date.

subjectTemporal has the following components:

Usage Note

Use for a specific date or date range described by the content of the resource, such as a dated letter that describes events occurring within the year or month of the letter or an oral history describing an event that occurs on a certain date. If dates are approximate, do not use.
