Frame is a parent element for two subelements indicating the size of the video frame: Height and Width. In the database, this element is a subelement of digitalCharacteristics. Digital Characteristics elements apply to digital files and to digital physical objects such as digital videotape. Digital Characteristics elements are displayed only when the value in the analog/digital flag element is either FILE_DIGITAL or PHYS_DIGITAL.
