New Jersey Digital Highway
New Jersey Digital Highway
The New Jersey Digital Highway (NJDH) is a new way to explore our state's history and culture. NJDH is a collaboration of the state's libraries, museums, archives and historical societies to provide a "one stop shop" for New Jersey's cultural treasures-photographs, books, documents, three-dimensional objects, video and audio.
NJDH offers information portals for the general public, educators, students and librarians and curators, with information on using and creating digital resources. Highlights of the portals include a friendly manual on creating standards-based digital collections, lesson plans and tools for K12 educators and students and a "one stop shop" for genealogy research.
Institute of Museum and Library Services New Jersey Digital Highway is funded by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS)
Visit the New Jersey Digital Highway to explore the state's rich cultural heritage.
