Updating paper information when updating submitter information

A student just called me about changing his graduation date. It was January 2012 when he originally submitted his ETD and he wanted to change it to October 2011 because he's done with everything earlier than he thought. He changed the date to October 2011 in the Update My Information screen, but the date on the Edit ETD Info screen was still January 2012 and he couldn't change it there. When the reviewer looked for it, it didn't show in her October submissions.

Can the code be changed so the Edit ETD Info screen picks up the correct values as given in the Update My Info screen (probably should work that way for Degree and Program as well as Degree Date).

Uploading main PDF when resuming a submission marked Step 6

If a submission is marked as having nStep = 6 in the `papers` table visiting step 3 and uploading the paper will cause an error. The error is related to the resumed paper information not being loaded into the session when the resume begins.

update LDAP class

Currently we use and package a Rutgers LDAP class. Look into replacing the class, it is no longer supported and cannot be freely distributed.

User Interface and Usability Enhancements

A few "general" things need to be done:
1. Consolidate Javascript libraries. jQuery seems to have the widest selection of plugins, easiest to implement, and most versatile.
2. Create a way to add plugins/javascript files to individual pages as necessary. Right now, all javascript files are referenced for every page due to the way they are referenced in the template, even if they are not used on an individual page.
