Usage Note
A link may be supplied in lieu of or in addition to the content. Each note should be entered in a separate element. Notes relating to physical description aspects of a resource should be recorded in the "Note" subelement of "physicalDescription".

This photographic supplement to the commissioners' report consists of 91 captioned 7.5" x 9.5" B&W prints showing the canal from Jersey City to Phillipsburg. The "views" were originally bound into an album, which has been dismantled for purposes of preservation.
