The Rutgers University - New Brunswick Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement program aims to prepare students from low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented backgrounds for doctoral studies. The ultimate goal of the McNair program is to increase doctoral degree attainment among underrepresented student populations. This poster collection features the McNair program's student's first body of scholarly work, and showcases undergraduate research. It also provides a snapshot of the Libraries' commitment to increasing the number of first-generation and underrepresented students in the academy.
