Downtown Paterson public parade heading down Market Street. The reviewing stands are located on the city hall plaza. This image dipicts Paterson's new downtown after the great fire. On the left side of the Second National Bank, a survivor of the fire stands next to a vacant lot. The large steeple from the Market Street Methodist Episcopal Church is the only other building to survive the fire of 1902.
