Dr. Joan Marter talks about her experiences with a charitable trust that has created an artist's colony, Soaring Gardens, in Laceyville, Pennsylvania as well as working with the estate of artist Dorothy Dayner. She noted, "the first thing you need to do is have an appraisal. Then I had to make an inventory.'
