Abstract
This Technical Memorandum summarizes the first phase of a two phase study of approximately thirty acres of Passaic River frontage in Newark's Central Business District. The first phase of work consists of an analysis of existing conditions and the generation and testing of alternative concepts for the long-range redevelopment of the site.
