Colored photograph postcard of the Maine Monument covered by climbing plants. The monument was circa 1899. It was located at Court House Square. Relocated to Buccleuch Park (Easton Avenue entrance) in 1958. Honors three local men (William Henry Robinson, Frederick Lawrence Jernee, and John Henry Ziegler) killed in the U.S.S. Maine explosion at Havana Harbor.
