Abstract
This report details the activities of the Sanitation Division and the Police and Fire Departments of the City of Newark in 1975. Each section contains an outline of the responsibilities of each department or division, a summary of the means by which each meets its responsibilities, and a look at the efficiency and effectiveness of each. In addition, plans the department or division has for the future are discussed. Relevant statistics have been summarized in graphs at various points in the texts.
