Abstract
This text is a survey of data that was collected from stores in Newark, East Orange, Montclair, Bloomfield, Paterson, Passaic, Elizabeth, Plainfield, Trenton, Camden, and Atlantic City. It looks at the hiring practices regarding minorities. Although this study focuses on African Americans, it also takes note of who does not hire Jews or Italian Americans. It also lists the types of jobs that the difference ethnicities generally hold.
