DescriptionIn order to better integrate the conservation of plant species into the New Jersey State Wildlife Action Plan, this analysis of the vulnerability to climate change of seventy plant Species of Greatest Conservation Need in New Jersey was initiated. The Climate Change Vulnerability Index bases its determination of vulnerability to climate change on two main components: exposure to future projected climate change and sensitivity to climate change, and scores various factors related to each of these.
