Note
Color pages were scanned in grayscale and saved as uncompressed TIFF files for the archival masters. Pages were cropped and given levels adjustments in Adobe Photoshop for derived masters. In addition, two pages (displaying one illustration together) were photo-merged into one image in Adobe Photoshop. All archival masters except one were scanned in 16-bit. Since one archival master was scanned at 8-bit, all derived masters were converted to 8-bit images.
