Abstract (type = abstract)
This project focuses on the effects of verbal, physical, and sexual harassment of women in the military by male military personnel. Women in the military face many challenges, and they often manifest in many ways. These challenges are mainly due to the fact that the military continues to be a male-dominated institution. Women make up an appreciable number of service members and have become an integral part of America's military. The goal of this project is to elaborate on these challenges and develop recommendations for change.
