DescriptionPoser is a book of poems consisting of seven sections. The poems inside the book deal with a range of topics, but focus centrally around the development of identity in contemporary society. The work calls to question the paths human beings seek in order to affirm selfhood, and deals heavily with the psychological problem known as "Imposter Syndrome." The sections address distinct periods of development and their corresponding spiritual, social, and human inquiries, which end up defining the shapes of our lives.
