Background: Cervical carcinosarcoma is extremely rare. Case: A case of cervical carcinosarcoma is presented and the literature reviewed. Conclusions: Due to the rarity of this lesion, there are no specific treatment protocols. Spread from a uterine primary needs to be ruled out.
