DescriptionThe map in blue linen depicts Toms River starting from the highway bridge to the west and extending past Kilpatrick and Cedar Points in the east. The map accompanied a report called Survey of Toms River, NJ that was made under the River and Harbor Act of March 2, 1907, and conducted by the Corps of Engineers. The map is marked in red pencil.
