TY - JOUR TI - Examining the relationship between gender and well-being DO - https://doi.org/doi:10.7282/T3DN47HH PY - 2017 AB - In this paper, I examine individual and contextual factors that may mitigate the relationship between gender and well-being. Specifically, I examine the roles of diversity climate, gender identity, and family identity salience as potentially mitigating factors against the incivility that women often face in the workplace. I test the hypothesized relationships using data collected from Amazon Mechanical Turk, and conclude with a discussion of the results and theoretical implications.
