DescriptionWe have performed a search for pair-produced two and three quark resonances decaying into two merged jets and pairs of three resolved quark jets. The proton-proton collision data used for this analysis were collected with the CMS detector at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV using data scouting techniques. The sensitivity of the search was improved by implementing a neural network-based quark-gluon jet discriminator. The results are interpreted within the framework of R-parity-violating SUSY, where pair-produced higgsinos, gluinos, and stops are used as benchmark models. This is a first-ever search to probe the electroweak production regime of R-parity-violating SUSY in the fully hadronic final states.
