DescriptionNew Jersey's Clean Energy Program (NJCEP) is a statewide Program administered by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) that promotes energy efficiency and renewable energy for all NJ ratepayers, including residences, businesses, schools, and municipalities. This document presents the Annual Report of NJCEP's activities and achievements in 2007, while also serving as a resource for finding energy initiatives and programs available to consumers in New Jersey.
