DescriptionEstuary News is published quarterly by the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, a private, nonprofit organization established in 1996. The Partnership leads collaborative and creative efforts to protect and enhance the Delaware Estuary and its tributaries for current and future generations. It is the home of the Delaware Estuary Program (DELEP), one of 28 national estuary programs. This Fall 2004 newsletter focuses on: the merging of the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary and the Delaware Estuary Program; udpates from DELEP; news from around the region; 5th Annual Excellence in the Estuary Awards; Crosswicks Creek Watershed; northern snakehead; Lewis and clark - environmental science in early America; teachers resources; and upcoming events.
