DescriptionThe Final Report of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Permit Efficiency Review Task Force is the result of a 120 day period in which the Task Force analyzed the permitting program of the NJDEP. The report details recommendations for reconstructing and re-engineering department permitting and other programs to ensure it is providing timely and efficient services. The Task Force focuses on three committees: Land Use, Water Quality, and Priorities.
