DescriptionThe South Monmouth Regional Sewerage Authority commissioned this study to make an environmental assessment of the Authority's Wastewater Management Plan. This report is not intended as a justification of the proposed plan, and thus adverse as well as beneficial effects are identified and evaluated. The report evaluates both primary and secondary effects of the plan, and points to critical environmental areas. The report recommends alternative means of avoiding or minimizing damage where adverse effects are foreseen.
