DescriptionLaboratory and field experiments were conducted to study the effectiveness of a novel titanium dioxide (TiO2) adsorbent and four commercial adsorption media for removal of arsenic. The commercial media included granular ferric hydroxide (GFH), activated alumina (AA), modified AA, and granular ferric oxide (GFO). Laboratory experiments were also carried out to investigate arsenic removal from challenge water.
