DescriptionSea Isle City is a year-round and resort community on a barrier island south of Atlantic City and north of Cape May. The land for the park proposed in this report was, at the time of this report, one of the few undeveloped natural dune and beach areas in Sea Isle City. However, much of the natural dune system had been disturbed by rubble dumped to build a parking lot. This study analyzes the potential of the site as a recreation area and the site's environmental conditions.
