DescriptionPassaic River Coalition's Passaic Valley Ground Water Protection Committee is the only voluntary intermunicipal organization in New Jersey dedicated solely to the protection and preservation of ground water resources. The Committee produces a newsletter, The Ground Water Sentinel, that keeps its readers up-to-date on ground water issues throughout the Passaic River Watershed.
