The Picture Qualities element describes the specific characteristics of the picture, including the process used to create those characteristics. Picture Qualities is a parent element for eight subelements. Not all subelements are used for all source types. Subelements are:
Aspect ratio (with "type" attribute) [film; videotape; videodisc]
Color [film; videotape; videodisc]
Color process [film]
Signal format [videotape; videodisc]
Resolution [videotape; videodisc]
Analog Video Data Encoding [videodisc]
Structure [videotape; videodisc]
