This photograph is of the famous green bus at Seabrook Farms that was used for transporting people to and from train stations, activities, games, etc. On one occasion, the young people were invited to Philadelphia to attend a dance. On the way home, the bus leaked asphyxiating gasses, and many people got sick. Sue Yeya was the most ill from the carbon monoxide poisoning. Many had to be housed at the infirmary, where nurses checked on the patients throughout the night. For other recollections about the green bus, read 'I remember Hoover Village' by Iddy Asada.
