Abstract
Members of the Textile Workers Union of America (TWUA) are dressed for the 19th anniversary dinner in Norristown, Pennsylvania as Simon Saller (manager of TWUA local 415 is speaking). Speaking: Simon Saller, to his left: John Chupka, to Saller's right: Same Frost. The American Labor Museum online collection includes historical documents and photos. The objects document the domestic lifestyles, working experience in textile factories, and labor union activity of working class immigrant families of Paterson, NJ and environs, ca. 1890 - 1920. Also documented are activities of the Textile Workers' Union of America (TWUA), the Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers' Union of America (ACTWU), and textile union leader Sol Stetin.
