Chuck Green oral history interview

Note(s)Samuel Christopher (Chuck) Green (1918-1997) was an American tap-dancer who began his career on the sidewalks of Atlanta and formed the act Chuck "Chuckles (with James Walker) while still a child. Chuck " Chuckles moved to New York and toured widely, working in theaters with several leading big bands and dancing at clubs through the 1940s. Green continued solo after the duo broke up in the late 1940s.
